I am Jacinta, talking in the name of Humberto Pires,
from
Portugal.
The medicines (the herbal tea) that we have order have
not arrived yet. We
still waiting. During this waitting period, Humberto is
taking Aloe vera
medicines (juice, pills, cream for massage, etc.) and
doing morning
stretching exercices, massage, Reiki ...
While waiting for the tea, I would like to search about
the plants of this
specific herbal tea. So, could you please send me a list
of the latin names
of the species including in the tea that we are waiting
for ?
I have not told you before, but I am a scientist, and
one of my fields of
interest is plant ecology and herbology. So if you have
references about the
medicinal properties of those plants, please could you
let me know it ?
And a second question, for today, is: what you mean by "during the period of
using this medicine, please have more nutritious foods
?". What kind of food
are you refering to - protein, like tofu, seitan, milk,
meat (white meat),
fish, leguminosae (pea, beans, etc), ... ???

Dear Jacinta,
Thank you very much for your kind email. Repeat all
these processed means heating the water to the boiling
point with strong
fire, then make the fire to be mild and decoct (i.e.,
simmer) the herbal powder for about 25 minutes. When the
decoction is lukewarm, please take 200ML pure decoction
in the morning.
And between the morning and the afternoon preparations,
the herbal powder bag should be put in a jar or a mug.
Soak it
again for twenty minutes in the afternoon preparation,
and then boiling it during about 25 minutes.
Please take the herbal tea after meals, after 8 hours
you could take the afternoon daily preparation.

and able to drink ?
and between the morning and the afternoon preparations,
the herbal powder bag
should be taken off the container/mug/jar/decoction
liquid and soak it
again for twenty minutes in the second daily preparation
or afternoon
preparation ? and then boiling it during more 25 minutes
? Is that what
you means ?
